Time To Motivate Myself . . . Again!

I started out at 197 pounds and I swore to myself I would never hit 200 pounds so I motivated myself to diet. I'll begin by letting you know how my go at the hCG diet went and go from there on how my weight loss has progressed. I tried the hCG diet back in May and I actually had amazing results! I was so happy with what I had lost with this diet! It was the only thing had actually worked for me. I lost 20 pounds in a month!! Yes really I lost that much!!
Then my weight stalled. I took a break from the hCG diet and then tried again a month later. Needless to say it did not help me lose anything the second time around. So I had stalled at about 175 pounds and then not doing much about I added on 5 more pounds. Once I hit 180 again it just broke my heart seeing that number. I had done so much to lose the weight and I could let myself keep putting in on.
Now I am on a new diet taking NV diet pills and raspberry keytones. I take one of each three times a day.
I am always walking on my treadmill 30 minutes a day burning 330 calories at 3 miles per hour and 10 incline.
I look forward to sharing with you as often as I can how my weight loss journey is progressing and here is a look at what goal is for the future.
